I Am Joe's Eyes is the debut recording from Electric Bonsai Band, aka, Andrew Ratshin. In 1991, two years after the breakup of his popular group, Uncle Bonsai, Andrew headed into the studio with some great musicians, and guest singers like Christine Lavin, to record this, his first solo project.
